Digital Services Subscriptions

Digisolu provides access to online digital tools through subscription-based services (image and PDF tools).
Once a subscription is activated and the service has been used, fees are generally non-refundable.

Eligible Refund Cases

A refund may be considered in the following situations:

  • Major technical issues preventing the use of the services

  • Accidental or duplicate charges

  • Confirmed platform malfunction with no available workaround

All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Non-Eligible Cases

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

  • Partial or full use of the services

  • Change of mind after activation

  • Failure to use the subscription

Processing Time
