Digital Services Subscriptions
Digisolu provides access to online digital tools through subscription-based services (image and PDF tools).
Once a subscription is activated and the service has been used, fees are generally non-refundable.
Eligible Refund Cases

Major technical issues preventing the use of the services
Accidental or duplicate charges
Confirmed platform malfunction with no available workaround
All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Non-Eligible Cases

Processing Time
